The corporate philosophy, or “soul”, shall adhere to three core values. Simplicity, responsibility and freedom. These describe our way to act and our positive view of our co-workers.
Simplicity is the approach we take to increase efficiency via using as little bureaucracy as we can, taking informal decisions without unnecessary meetings. Developing simple solutions takes a lot of effort, but working with them requires few resources.
Taking and receiving responsibilities is important to both the company and the personal development. Our staff members take on responsibilities and have the will to change in order to see new solutions.
With freedom comes the right to solve a problem according to a set number of goals without someone exactly telling you what to do. Freedom develops both individual staff members, as well as the company as a whole.
